5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Sajha Infotech is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee job placement after training; however, we provide career guidance and support.
• Software projects are delivered as per agreed specifications, and liability is limited to the scope of the contract.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.
